This year, Pixelovely will be offering a website redesign to one non-profit every quarter. These redesigns can range from the aesthetic to the highly technical, and everything in between. If you know a worthy non-profit, please point them my way: kim@pixelovely.com

Non-profits work hard to make the world a better place, often with few resources other than the love and the commitment of volunteers. They are often forced to choose between investing in the long-term tools that they need to ensure their dollars are put to good use over the longer term, or putting that money into something that will make a tangible difference in the short term. This is a terrible conundrum, compounded by the need to make it look like they have no overhead at all to attract donations — when the lack of overhead can often result in less efficient investing of those donations!

In some cases, a hard-working website that attracts donations and automates some of the repetitive tasks an organization needs to perform can help a non-profit to function better. I want to help by donating websites to worthy non-profits.

The selected non-profits will also get a chance to appear on a webshow that showcases the redesign of their site, the good work that they do in the community, and lets interested volunteers know how to get involved.

If you know a non-profit with a pre-existing website that you think could benefit from an upgrade, let me know!
