Marco promotional products can help you put your logo on practically anything. But “anything you can imagine” is a pretty large catalogue to browse. That’s why Marco decided that what they really needed was a real-time chat directly on their website, so that visitors could ask their sales team for help setting up their order. That’s where I came into the picture.
I was asked to build a real-time chat that would integrate directly into their website, allow a single support person to talk to multiple customers simultaneously without allowing the customers to see each others’ questions, and have the whole thing match their branding. With a blend of PHP and javascript, that is exactly what I did.
